Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! Responsibilities: Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Qualifications: Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Expert in forward design concepts Compensation: $36,000 - $75,000
