Senior Software Engineer - Principal Engineer
100% Remote - Data Analytics Engineering Tool
Looking for a talented Principal Software Engineer interested being an early stage Engineering hire, to revamp and scale an insights engineering tool. We are on a mission to make it easier, faster, and more dynamic for managers to more affectively manage a remote task force. With an eager enterprise client already onboard, we are looking to scale our Engineering practice, making this a unique opportunity to build out one of the first of it's kind Engineering Data Analytics tools.
As the Principal Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the CTO and CPO and will be responsible for leading the end to end delivery, managing the complete software development process, serving as an avid Technology and Business Product problem solver as we look to built out and launch the first beta release of our product offering.
Core Tech Stack includes : PostgreSQL, Heroku, Ruby on Rails, Redis but we value a tech agnostic open to an expertise in (Golang NextJS, Python, Elixir, etc...)
