Our Client is a fast-growing startup in downtown San Diego. We are looking for a talented Sales Manager. You will lead a team of quota-carrying SMB Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives who are responsible for prospecting, managing and winning business. This person will lead and motivate the team to continued success.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train and retain a team of SMB Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
1:1s with direct reports
Drive and motivate the team around the key objectives
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
Meticulous reporting (weekly) on key performance metrics
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience
1 year of SMB closing experience
Experience implementing Salesforce and Outreach.io
Strong communication skills and highly motivational
