We are looking for the best of the best! Hamlin and Associates is an Ormond Beach, Florida based Direct Marketing and Software Company. Since 1988, we have been of service to the most prominent automotive dealerships across the United States and our growth is quickly escalating.
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining the relationship with current clients and working with the Hamlin team to increase effectiveness and overall performance. You will receive comprehensive training from our proven process to help you master our program as quickly as possible.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others succeed and grow their business. This candidate thrives in a fast paced, team environment, is detail oriented and executes well with deadlines. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL, SIX-FIGURE EARNINGS OPPORTUNITY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works closely with sales management and Hamlin team members to manage and create relationships with current and prospective clients
· Professionally handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients
· Assess and deliver on training needs
· Provide and maintain excellent service to clients
· Evaluate client performance and instruct best practices to improve
· Complete and record any information about activities in the Company’s CRM system
· Comply with the Company’s established policies and procedures
· Report to your manager regularly to discuss any questions or ideas and report client status for achieving established goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
· A minimum of 2 years sales and leadership experience is preferred but not required
· Problem Solving- Identifies and resolves problems quickly. Works well in group problem solving situations and presents data to make decisions
· Business Acumen- Understands the basics of business. Implications of decisions, orientation to profitability, knowledge of market and competition, aligns work with strategic goals
· Adaptability- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages and deals well with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
· Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
· Strong persuasive speaking skills, comfortable with public speaking
· Manages difficult of emotional customers
· Prioritizes and plans work activities, Uses time efficiently, Sets goals and objectives
· Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcome obstacles, measures self against standard of excellence
