The Cold Calling and Email Prospecting Specialist is responsible for generating new leads for the company by making cold calls and sending cold emails to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cold calling and email marketing and be able to consistently generate at least 100+ touches per day.

Responsibilities:

• Build databases thru Zoom Info for:
  1. NMSDC Minority corporate members (1,000 corps x 5 contacts). Also, fill out corporate on-line portals and regularly review them.
  2. USPR distributors in all the USA including salespeople, PM, Estimators and AutoCAD (3,000 distributors x 5 contacts)
  3. Territory focus: CA, TX, FL and Metro NY – Large multi-branch nationwide companies (operations and procurement managers)
  4. Industry focus: Food, Beverage, Furniture, 3PL’s, etc.
  5. Cannabis Growers: All US and Canada
  6. Commercial Real Estate Co’s: CBRE, JLL, Cushman Wakefield, Duke Realty, etc.
  7. Update vendor lists: Suppliers, installers, repair, used racks)
  8. Sam.Gov: procurement and project managers
  9. LinkedIn
• Send out email introduction and flyers to the databases
• Follow up with phone calls to qualify opportunities
• Send customer specific emails or e-blasts (based on their line of business
• Develop e-blast content for drip campaigns
• Receive incoming customer calls, email leads, and website leads, then qualify and distribute to salespeople
• USPR:
  1. Call and email all distributors nationwide.
  2. Quote stocked and non-stock rack materials to distributors
  3. Follow-up with all distributors on status of quotes
  4. Receive stock orders from distributors, check credit, arrange invoicing etc.
  5. Send orders to the warehouse in Texas to be fulfilled.
  6. Follow-up with the distributors
