Job Description

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to drive additional sales of storage and material handling products and services. You will have the freedom to develop a sales strategy with the support of our marketing department and engineering department that will give you the tools to be very successful. You will be expected to prospect, win, and develop new accounts.

Hammerhead is one of the top distributors of storage and material handling equipment and services nationwide, with office in CA, NJ and TX. . We don’t have strict guidelines or micromanage. We simply measure results. Our culture is one of trust and accountability. Everyone in our company has an individual incentive plan based on the gross profit of the sale. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer of the company. The salesperson can work remotely, and all geographic regions are open.

Qualifications that are preferred include a Bachelors’ Degree, plus 3-5 years of experience in the Storage and Material Handling equipment sales.

Compensation is based on your experience, including salary and lucrative commission plan. Medical benefits and 401K program are included for full time employees.
