We are a growing Class Action firm looking for licensed attorneys to join our firm on a contractual basis remotely. OUR FIRM: HammondLaw, P.C. primarily focuses on wage and hour CLASS ACTIONS. HammondLaw. P.C. has recovered in excess of $20 million for CALIFORNIA employees. We are a boutique firm of attorneys, with additional contractual professionals and experts in finance, data, and legal research specialists. Responsibilities: -Prospect and contact potential claimants in CA and elsewhere. -Draft and edit legal documents INCLUDING CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS, PRELIMINARY AND FINAL APPROVAL MOTIONS, AND FEES BRIEFS. -Oversee parts of the recovery process in conjunction with our in-house attorneys. Qualifications: -All Licensed Attorneys welcome, preference for experience with class-actions. -Ability to build rapport with clients and other partners. -Strong negotiation skills.
