Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning • Manage and supervise front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all guests • Maintain accurate records and handle all financial transactions, including cash handling and invoicing • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction • Implement changes or maintain operations according to Hilton and Encore Hospitality Standards Qualifications: Job Qualifications for a Front Office Manager: • 2+ years of experience in hotel management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekends Compensation: $49,000
