Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
