    Job Summary This is a great position for someone who is an early bird and loves being around people! The shift starts at 5 am, so being a punctual early riser is important! You will be prepping the food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests during your shift. You will be expected to wash light loads of pans and utensils and do clean up and some next morning prep.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.

    Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.

    Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.

    Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.

    Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

    Qualifications:

    Highly organized.

    Culinary and service experience in high volume.

    Ability to maintain and organize a food inventory.

    Must have ServSafe or current equivalent.

    Knowledge of food safety, temps, handling of product and rotation.

    Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.

    Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Must possess basic computer skills.
