    We are looking for an out-going person to join our team. this person will help be a cheerleader to the Front Desk Team and with the General Manager. You will inspire others, just being yourself. You will work closely with the General Manager and also learn all aspects of the Front Desk area. You should have a personality that will calm and assure our Guest's that we are here to make their stay with us the Best Stay Ever. We are looking for someone that has computer skills and has organizational skills. You will work with other Departments on property as well, learning and understanding the hotel and how it runs on a day to day basis. You should truly enjoy working with people, this is a must for this position. As a Front Office Manager you should show initiative and enthusiasm, as other Team Members need to see this in the Management Team. Responsibilities: You will support the Front Desk daily. Helping to ensure they have all they need to do their jobs and meet our expectations. • Cover Front Desk Shift when needed, working at least 1 to 2 shifts per week. • Assists in coordinating and overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring quality service is provided within the established business plan and budget. • Greet and Welcome Guests. • Resolve issues or problems that guests may experience. • Handle Special Requests and Accommodations. • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Ensures maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. • Assists in analyzing financial information, and plans and facilitates purchases. • Works with the entire team to ensure outstanding Medallia Scores. • Approves scheduling for all Departments. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. • Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Able to demonstrate hospitality to team members and guests while performing duties. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
