    Extremely Friendly Guest Service Agent - Full-Time As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during their stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for providing guests with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions, as well as taking and processing reservations and payments. Night Audit Full time the shift is overnight 11 pm-7 am. 5 Days a week. Seeking Experience but will train the right person with a can-do attitude. Seeking open availability. Must be available some weekends. Guest Service Agent shifts are 7-3 or 3-11, seeking someone with a can-do positive attitude. Professionalism is a must. Taking care of our guests is our NO.1 Priority! Responsibilities: • Greet guests courteously and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve their concerns. • Take and process reservations and payments accurately. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Handle multiple guest requests simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have customer service experience. • Possess proficiency in basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office. • Possess working knowledge of reservation systems and other hotel software. • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and some customer service experience. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. You should also be proficient in basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, and have a working knowledge of reservation systems and other hotel software. Finally, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $13.50 - $15 hourly
