As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities: Duties: • Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness • Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts, including room charges, food and beverage charges, and phone charges • Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner • Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area • Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations Qualifications: Experience: • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Multilingual skills are a plus • Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous Compensation: $13.50 - $14.50 hourly
