Responsibilities: • Help the General Manager in running the show, from making sure our guests are happy to keeping the hotel running smoothly • Keep our guests happy and satisfied by training our team members to provide top-notch customer service • Analyze how we're doing financially, and come up with new ideas to make our hotel even more profitable • Work with our sales team to brainstorm and implement exciting marketing strategies to get more people to stay with us • Be an awesome boss and help our team members grow and learn new skills Qualifications: • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is great, but not necessary. We're more interested in your attitude and experience • You've got at least 1-2 years of hotel experience, ideally as a Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Manager, or current or in a similar role. Preferred • You're a natural leader who can bring people together and make everyone feel included • You're great at multi-tasking, and you're always on top of things in a fast-paced environment • You're a problem-solver and can make smart decisions even under pressure • You've got a track record of smashing your targets and making things happen Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
