Job functions include:
· Compensation: advise and provide analysis for management
· Benefits and Payroll Administration
· Leave Management
· Recruiting – place ads (print, Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn), screen resumes, job fairs, driving schools
· Employee Relations – conduct investigations, advise managers on navigating difficult situations
· Maintain Employee updates
· Field employee inquires
· Conduct training including annual sexual harassment training
· Exit interviews
· Values Program champion
· Communicate changes or high-profile messages to all employees through Humanity or Workforce One
· Reporting to governmental agencies: EEO-1, OSHA Log and other required reporting
· Workers Compensation – report and manage claims
· Manage J1 Student Visa Program – including housing
· Hiring (Child Performers) for Holiday performance
· Manage Vacation/Sick accruals
· Uniform Inventory
· 401k Compliance Testing/Audit
· ACA Management (eligibility and reporting)
· New Hire Onboarding (paperwork, orientation)
· Advise managers on departmental structure and personnel development
· Maintain Handbook keeping up with policy changes and legislative updates
· Employment Posters upkeep
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· At least four years of progressive human resource generalist experience preferred.
· PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR a plus.
