DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform various tasks as required for General Contractor specializing in industrial construction and renovation.  Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Concrete demolition.
• Job site set up and clean up.
• Provide support to Industrial Construction Journeyman.
• Building remodeling and refurbishment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
• Ability to kneel for long periods.
• No tools required to start.
• On the job skills training in construction methods, safety, and use of tools provided.
