We are look for a Server to join our team at this fast paced Casual Fine Dining Restaurant.

The Server at Hamsa ensures all service standards are met for each guest. Their primary responsibility is to run the flow of each table from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave. Servers are knowledge about our menus (food, wine, cocktails, and spirits). Servers help each guest navigate through their experience with Hamsa.

The Servers work closely with the server assistants, bartenders, and hosts. The servers report directly to the Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Set up of the dining room

Ø Polishing Silver and Glassware on Tables

Ø Wobbling Tables

Ø Aligning Tables

· Flow of Guest Experience

Ø Taking Orders

Ø Water Service

Ø Wine Service

Ø Delivering food and beverage to table

Ø Keeping table tidy

Ø Clearing and Bussing Table

Ø Resetting Tables

· Entering Tips in POS

· Knowing all our food, wine, cocktail, and spirit menus

· Individual End of Night Paperwork

· Breaking Down Rooms when service is complete
