Radius Realty, a technology forward, diversified real estate company, is currently seeking a full-time General Maintenance Worker to provide building maintenance and make ready services for our residential properties in St Louis and surrounding counties.

Compensation: $19+ BASED ON SKILL LEVEL. FULL BENEFITS, MILEAGE & VACATION

 QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience performing general maintenance and repair requiring practical 

skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. 

• High School Diploma/GED 

• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record as well as a reliable vehicle.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

• High work ethic and sense of urgency

• Team player
