THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts inventory reviews to ensure compliance with client specifications

Effectively communicate directly with the adjuster or policyholder for any further inquiries or disputes.

Accurately depreciates items according to the depreciation rates agreed on with the client

Post claim support: Can calculate recoverable depreciation in support of submissions from policyholder for replacement receipts

Corresponds with internal and external customers while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data integrity

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, some Xactimate experience

Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills

Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel and customers

Professional written and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, achieve goals, organize and take pride in their work

Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels

Strong database management experience with ability to consistently identify and report on issues

Typing speed of 40 words per minute or better with accuracy

Preferences:

Insurance industry experience, minimum 3 years

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Exempt position

8-5 Monday through Friday or as determined by hiring manager

Schedule may change according to business operational needs

Work is performed in hybrid model split between time in office and remote.
