Customer Service Rep I Part Time MORNING Shift
Duties:
Communicate with customers by telephone or email to set, reschedule, or cancel appointments
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; escalating the issue if necessary
Responsible for finding resources to accommodate last minute appointments
Participate as a key team player by supporting department functions and goals
Carry out other such duties that may be assigned or requested
Top candidates would meet the following requirements:
Must be available to work 7:30am – 2:00pm
Must be available to work on weekends
Typing speed of 45 WPM or better
Ability to operate a telephone system and computer software such as MS Excel / Outlook
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
Strong Problem Solving skills – able to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Good Time Management skills
Attentive to detail
Goal / Process oriented
Team Player
Able to multi-task, work in fast paced environment
