Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Allen, TX is looking for an energetic Spa Sales Manager. The right candidate should be passionate about people and sales, be able to guide and train team of 5-6 sales associate to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.

Primary Responsibilities of this role include:

Selling spa services and membership to guests

Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships

Oversee and manage the daily front desk operations in a busy spa

Responsible for achieving all membership and retail sales goals

Train and develop a team of 5-6 spa associates using predefined sales processes and scripts

Market and Promote the spa to the local businesses and organizations and by participating in local events

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

4 to 5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience in a luxury spa or similar environment

A passion for people and sales

High level of enthusiasm

Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
