Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter and think "outside the box" type of person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills

Experience selling memberships

Supervisory experience

Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk

Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion

A passion for people and sales

High level of enthusiasm

Proven record of sales success in a membership based business

Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
