Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at Polaris, central Ohio’s busiest Hand & Stone, is seeking Massage Therapists to join our high-traffic spa in the fastest growing retail area in the region. Our location in the dynamic Polaris Fashion Place area brings in dozens of new customers each week, giving you the opportunity to build your own base of repeat clients. The Hand & Stone chain is on the forefront of introducing new services to our already comprehensive list of add-ons, providing you with many ways to add to your income. Our tiered compensation system allows you to grow your income as you build tenure in our spa. All of our rooms are equipped with electric tables, hot stone units, hot-towel cabbies, running water, and adjustable sound and lighting. We have an aggressive marketing campaign that will allow you to introduce the benefits of regular massage to new clients. Our dedicated therapists and managers are anxious to welcome you as part of our team!

Requirements:

Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application

Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage

Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus

Perform consecutive 50- and 80-minute massages

Exhibit a strong desire to help others, promote health and wellness, and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy

Strong team player

Excellent customer service skills

Professional manner, discretion and appearance

Desired Qualities:

Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki a plus

Experienced and recently graduated Licensed Massage Therapists welcome

Willingness to learn new modalities

Desire to promote additional services

Willingness to work evenings/weekends a plus
