Hand & Stone is a rapidly growing massage and facial spa franchise with nearly 500 locations through US and Canada. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst experienced in building out reports and dashboards. The Analyst will be responsible data integration and consistency from newly developed POS system allowing for developing sales and operating metrics reporting, including but not limited to annual plan goals and performance measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

Develop reports, dashboards and perform analysis utilizing Qlik Sense and other BI reporting tools.

Design, develop, configure, and test reports and dashboards for all reporting analytics.

Design, build, test, and support BI solutions, using Qlik Sense; Qlik Sense is required.

Develop and maintain ETL scripts to pull data from the operational data store to the BI Data Warehouse.

Ensure quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, presentations and reports generated.

Must be highly proficient in SQL (MS SQL database).

Translate report findings from multiple sources to create useable dashboards.

Condense information and transform technical data into easily understandable concepts using SQL.

Work with the data team to maintain changes to data structures and documentation associated with the BI applications and data models across tools.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience developing BI Analytics.

Minimum 2-3 years of recent QlikView/Qlik Sense experience.

Advanced knowledge of SQL and database querying techniques.

Solid understanding of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts and design.

Proven ability to think analytically, define problems, and frame solutions.

Ability to manage and execute a BI focused development project.

Ability to estimate work effort and deliver on deadlines.

Lead next generation of data analytics for expanded platforms and offering
