Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and other sales goals

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last

Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

Book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule

Keep the rooms and common areas looking great — clean, professional, and comfortable

Bring a positive and energetic attitude

Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Love connecting with people! This is a SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE job

Highly professional in appearance and attitude

Strong team player able to also work independently

Exceptional problem solving and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment while providing superior customer service

Experience meeting sales quotas and prior membership sales experience is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

18 years old or older please

Available to work weekends
