Looking for candidates who are flexible with their schedule, dependable, motivated and have excellent communication skills. Spa Sales Associates are responsible and accountable for Front Desk operations with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional level of customer service and Client Education.
This position requires multitasking and passion for customer satisfaction and delivering a great experience! It IS a SALES position so if you are motivated by goals and commission, this is for you. Commission potential is limitless, the more you sell the more you make!
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments
Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude

Perform various other duties as assigned
