Job Description: Massage Therapist eager to learn and wanting to grow

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise with over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. Our brand is dedicated to showing our culture instead of explaining it. We offer continuing education and set a path for our therapists to become masters of their craft. At our Hand and Stone location in Raleigh Village District, we are Massage Therapist owned and operated. The owner worked at multiple Hand and Stone franchised locations as a DUAL therapist PRIOR to owning this second location. We are looking to grow and develop our Massage Therapists

Job Responsibilities:

Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.

Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

Adhere to local MT laws and regulations

Carrying liability insurance.

Open communication

Knowledge of Swedish Massage and various modalities

Willingness to learn and follow protocol
