Position Responsibilities:
Welcome and warmly greet members / guests upon arrival
Answer phones and assist with client check in /check out while providing exceptional customer service
Effectively educate clients on memberships, service enhancements and gift cards by phone or in person
Follow proper Spa procedures, booking protocol, and payment processing
Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, pleasant and energetic attitude
Be a team player who supports the Massage Therapists and Estheticians to ensure smooth business operations

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Spa Software Millennium familiarity is strongly preferred and a customer service background
1 years of spa experience preferred
Ability to be a self-starter and multi-task with ease all while focusing on the overall customer experience
Team player with positive, upbeat, confident and enthusiastic attitude
Professional personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
Looking for someone who can work weekends and evening hours
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and meet spa goals
Available for nights and weekends
Reliable and timely
