Duties

Member of Front Desk Team: answer phones; book appointments; sell - memberships, gift cards, service upgrades and retail

Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and ethics

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival, positive, and energetic attitude

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-year Point-of-Sale work experience - comfortable on computer

Experience in a wellness, fitness, retail or sales environment within a service business preferred

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Flexibility to work Friday afternoon, Saturday and/or Sunday preferred.
