Hand & Stone @ Keystone Crossing is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to work with our quickly growing health and wellness team; primary tasks include client scheduling, client education of services and retail, membership sales, and ensuring our clients are provided an exceptional experinece. Located directly across from the Fashion Mall main entrance, our goal is to create an exceptional experience. Duties

Member of Front Desk Team: answer phones; book appointments; sell - memberships, gift cards, service upgrades and retail.

Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and ethetics

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival, positive, and energetic attitude

Job Requirements

Experience in a wellness, fitness, retail or sales enviroment within a service business perferred.

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Flexibility to work week days, week nights and weekends preferred.
