Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Lake Pleasant, is seeking a Spa Experience Ambassador. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities:
Meet weekly and monthly membership sales goals
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
Capable of working flexible hours, with availability on nights and weekends required.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Bring a positive and energetic attitude, every day!
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Special consideration given to those with at least 2 years of sales experience.
EXTRA Special Consideration will be given to those who have membership sales experience.
Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be energetic, friendly, and positive at all times.
Strong aptitude for sales and customer service.
Extremely strong work ethic.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Professional, proactive, and personable individuals required!
