Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently looking for a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to drive continuing education and success in our spa.

As the Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for the organization, promotion, development, and professional supervision of the Massage Therapists. The Lead Massage Therapist also holds all Massage Therapists accountable for provide therapeutic, personalized, and safe treatments and services that encourages repeat business and member loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers

Train and mentor Massage Therapists to promote career growth through new techniques and services, development and performance assessments

Monitor Therapists' individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue totals to ensure they are achieving or exceeding goals

Ensure massage therapy rooms are always maintained by therapists with supplies, fresh sheets, and are neat, orderly, and clean.

Qualifications:

5 years massage experience in a professional spa environment

Knowledge of spa / body treatments including hot stones, salt stones, cupping and Theragun

CAMTC certified

Actively participate in advance training and ongoing education in specific skill sets and Hand and Stone protocols

A passion for massage and for teaching others
