Hand and Stone, the fastest growing spa in the country, is looking for a Customer Sales Manager for our Naperville location. This role is accountable for managing the client experience and long-term relationship from the point of sale, service experience and membership retention. The right candidate for this job will have 2 to 3 years of sales and service experience in a spa or retail work environment. To be successful, you must be out-going, patient, love to talk to people and be willing to listen with empathy and patience to solve any service issues.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and in-person client appointments
Schedule client services to maximize client experience
Sell memberships and gift card
Build strong rapport with clients to rebook and retain business
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative or sales associate
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
