Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Austin (Avery Ranch) is hiring for a Client & Employee Services Manager
The Client & Employee Services Manager works alongside our service providers with a proven ability to enhance & advance both individual and team performance. In addition, the Client & Employee Services Manager ensures smooth spa operations and provides phenomenal customer service to clients and patrons. Experience is a must. Incredible customer service and strong, motivating communication are our highest priority. Qualifications and Requirements:
Lead and develop a team through coaching and performance management
Retail/spa management experience
Experience in selling memberships is a plus
A passion for people and customer service
High level of enthusiasm
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Demonstrate ability to both listen to and communicate with team of service providers
Strong leadership skills driven by company targets
Experience with a booking system is a plus
Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
Managing both over the phone and in-person customer issues in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with business targets
First point of contact for help, support and escalation
Assertive in handling an array of employment relation issues
