Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring at our SOUTH AUSTIN location! We are growing rapidly and have become an addition to an already successful franchise system with over 500 locations across the US and Canada!

We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Assistant Manager to help us run our operation in AUSTIN!

Qualifications and Requirements:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa

Retail management/sales experience

Experience in selling memberships is a plus

A passion for people and sales

High level of enthusiasm

Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Demonstrated ability to coach while also taking directive from Spa Manager

Strong organizational/planning and computer skills

Experience with a booking system is a plus

Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
