Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Portland NW is actively seeking part time and full-time friendly and enthusiastic Wellness Consultants. This person will build and maintain customer relationships by offering exceptional customer service and supporting the team. Qualified candidate must have evening and weekend availability. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Hand & Stone offers expert massage, facial, and waxing services seven days a week. Hand & Stone's focus is on creating an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. We treat every guest and employee with respect. Daily Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

Answer phones and book appointments

Membership Sales

Gift card sales, upgrades, product sales, and promotional offers

Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

High school or equivalent education strongly preferred

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays a must

Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability

Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment

Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player

Computer proficient
