    Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Omaha is seeking Client Experience Associates. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

    Pay Range: $14 to $19 Per Hour (includes hourly pay + membership commission)

    What You'll Be Working On:

    As a member of our Client Experience team, you are on the front lines of the spa's business. Your most important responsibility is to create an amazing experience for every guest you interact with on the phone and in the spa. In a typical day, you can expect to:

    Create a great experience during every guest interaction while building meaningful relationships.

    Meet membership sales goals.

    Maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu of services- we have great training to get you to expert status

    Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents

    Uphold spa cleanliness standards

    Perform various other duties as assigned
