Competitive Compensation and Generous Bonuses: full-timers can earn $75,000 to $100,000 per year, including enhancements and gratuities.

Our average Massage Therapist earns $21 - $26 per service before enhancements and gratuity. Average gratuity is about $20 minimum.

Job Responsibilities:

Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.

Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

Adhere to PA Massage licensing laws and regulations.

Carry liability insurance.

Communicates effectively with clients, spa management and staff.

Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!

Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
