    Lead Spa Associate

    Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in San Antonio (The Vineyard Shopping Center), TX is looking for a Spa Associate . The successful candidate must have excellent sales skills, communicate in a professional and friendly manner, and a proven record of individual and team success. The optimal candidate should have experience in a high-volume, high traffic store. Previous experience as a Spa Lead or Assistant Spa Manager, Hotel Management or Restaurant Management is ideal but not required.

    Salary: Hourly rate based on qualifications with a very strong Incentive Package that is not capped. Career growth opportunities in the future with this position as this position can easily transition into Assistant Spa Manager or Manager.

    Lead Spa Associate Job Responsibilities:

    Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the spa

    Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests

    Managing, motivating and coaching the front desk staff, therapists and estheticians in a fun, fast paced environment

    Focusing on daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators to exceed financial goals

    Responsible for Assisting the Regional Manager with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling of staff

    Monitoring inventory control and ensuring a culture of honesty and high integrity

    Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment

    Using business development skills to identify opportunities for growth and improve efficiencies

    Sourcing and facilitate community partnerships and events

    Effectively partner with ownership for business growth and success

    Lead Spa Associate Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years management and or retail leadership experience preferred

    Experience in the Beauty / Wellness Industry preferred but not required

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Work a minimum of 35 hours per week including some weekends, plus extended holidays and special events.

    Knowledge of Millennium Operating System is desired but not required

    Ability to train and motivate staff

    Positive and outgoing personality with a willingness to create a team atmosphere

    Successful Sales experience and training
