    Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a reputable, market leader in the massage, facials, and hair removal services space. It is comprised of over 500 locations across the US and Canada – the vast majority of which are independently owned by proud franchisees.

    We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Manager to help our City Place location in Spring deliver above average performance across various metrics.

    As the Spa Manager, you will direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. The ideal manager will understand how to operate the spa at peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.

    You will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving or exceeding spa sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Have extensive interaction with members and guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience

    • Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits

    • Use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision

    • Plan and meet the needs of the operation.

    • Provide guidance and assistance outside of normal schedule, as needed.

    • Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize appointments, revenue, and profits

    • Maintain the utmost safety, cleanliness, and soothing ambience of the premises

    • Manage inventory effectively

    • Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations

    • Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures

    • Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards of excellence

    • Foster a positive working environment

    Preferred Experience:

    • Degree from an accredited college/university is a plus but not required; minimum of one year working in a manager role; or three years working as a lead sales associate in the spa, retail, hospitality, wellness, or beauty industry

    • Proficiency with computers: Ability to learn new systems and software; experience using POS systems, Zenoti, Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and social media platforms are a plus

    • Sales, dispute resolution, and customer satisfaction background
