Our Estheticians love the opportunity to build a treatment plan for their clients that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options. Job Responsibilities:
Providing excellent service to members and guests by performing top level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Responsible for achieving all sales goals as outlined by spa management
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Position Responsibilities:
Experienced and recently graduated estheticians welcome!
Perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, HAIR REMOVAL IS A MUST and other skin care services
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
Must carry Professional liability insurance
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
Must be customer service oriented
Positive attitude
Team player
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Service pay for all services performed plus wages for all hours of wait/sit time if you do not have a client. Service rate for 10 minute breaks on all scheduled shifts.
