Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking Front Desk Sales Associates at our Tustin and Lake Forest locations. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spas are nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

· Be a team player! Be part of a positive and mindful work environment

· Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

· Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

· Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy

· Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

· Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests

· Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

· Energetic attitude
