Hand and Stone is seeking a superstar Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Provide superior customer service to members/guests in all interactions

Represent the brand well by demonstrating and modeling exceptional customer service standards

Maintain cleanliness of the entire spa, upkeep a professional appearance, perform basic reception duties; such as, answering phones, booking appointments, selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades

Understand the importance of conversation and the ability to listen, engage, and connect with people to be able to consistently close the sale

Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics

Positive, energetic attitude, and always a team player

Job Requirements:

Maintain 30% monthly sales quota

Knowledge of basic computer skills, Zenoti Booking Software (will train)

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
