    Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston, FL is seeking an exceptional manager candidate for its rapidly expanding clientele. Hand & Stone is an upscale spa providing many different massage, facial, and hair removal services at an affordable price.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage all aspects of the spa.

    Continuous coaching of front desk staff on sales and customer service.

    Oversee all activities related to sales and forecasts to achieve/exceed objectives for the spa.

    Monitor the spa's profit and loss statement and make necessary adjustments based on budgetary guidelines.

    Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services.

    Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accounting at point of sale registers.

    Be a subject matter expert on all products and services.

    Drive 100% customer confidence in all products and services.

    Actively recruit sales/guest service associate, massage therapists, and estheticians.

    Train new team members and continually evaluate and react to performance issues.

    Hold regular staff meetings and use memos, postings and direct communication to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa's operation

    Ensure that the front desk schedule has adequate coverage at all times.

    Conduct HR administrative duties and employee performance reviews regularly.

    Order and track inventory.

    Strong administrative, operational, and computer skills.

    Develop and implement marketing strategies.

    Fulfill franchise reporting requirements.

    Requirements:

    SALES, SALES, SALES experience (preferably membership based).

    3 years minimum of spa, salon, hospitality, sales, or retail experience required (spa experience preferred).

    Knowledge of spa services (scheduling of therapists, estheticians, and front desk).

    Management and leadership skills with ability to set goals and be a team builder.

    Strong professional presentation, technical ability, and relationship building.

    Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.

    Demonstrated skills in sales training, coaching, performance improvement plans, and evaluations and building teamwork.

    Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with various and diverse groups of people.

    Positive attitude and self-motivator.

    Ability to work flexible days, hours, weekends and holidays (Saturdays are required).

    The Spa Manager will work in all aspects of store operations, including selling, front desk, customer service, human resources, training, payroll, and inventory. The position starts with a competitive base salary and significant bonus potential. Candidates without 3 years of experience in leading team development and driving sales results will NOT be considered.
