Hand & Stone Massage And Facial Spa, WESTON is seeking highly responsible, dependable, energetic, and motivated with excellent communication/ customer skills to join our team! The Spa Sales Associate is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

We are the fastest growing massage and facial spa in the nation, and growing exponentially at a local level as well. We need strong team players to join our dynamic team! BE A PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER!

REQUIRED background that applicants MUST possess should include:

Experience in membership sales, retail, and/or and experience in the beauty/wellness, fitness, or tanning industry is a PLUS

A passion for people and sales

High level of Enthusiasm

Extremely positive and motivating individual

Role model to staff

Professional demeanor

Positive and team player attitude is a MUST

Strong organizational / planning and computer skills

Be able to work on Weekends and some Evenings.

Some experience with Inventory

Ability to handle client issues with optimum customer service

Must be able to successfully multi-task

Must be able to answer multiple phones professionally

Excellent communication skills required

Be detail oriented

Possess the desire to learn

Must be able to maintain a polished and professional image, adhering to dress code at all times.
