Highlights:
Base commission for 60-min session before gratuity: $19 (tier 1) – $22 (tier 4)
Higher base commission for signature Hot stone and Himalayan salt stone massages
Additional flat commission for enhancements; for example, oil infused massage – $10, hand/foot massage – $6.50
Easy walk up from tier 1 to tier 4 with repeat requests – no wait time!
Earn $5 commission for every member conversion after your service. Being a new spa, you can convert up to 40% of your clients!

Position Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
Treat clients in a professional caring manner
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Promote health and wellness benefits of receiving massage on a regular basis to clients
Maintain detailed treatment records
Job Requirements:
Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Must carry liability insurance
Strong evaluation skills to assess client needs, develop and deliver professional treatment recommendations
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
Able to work flexible days and hours
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
