    We're looking for a skilled and caring Hand Therapist to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you'll evaluate, create, and deliver personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from hand injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting upper extremity function. Responsibilities: • Work closely with physicians or other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care • Assess patients and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs • Provide hand therapy treatments supervised by a physician to improve mobility and alleviate pain for patients • Evaluate patients to assess hand conditions, emphasizing mobility issues and injuries • Teach patients about injury prevention, rehabilitation methods, and home exercise routines • Keep precise patient records and track treatment progress • Keep up-to-date with the latest hand therapy techniques and industry best practices Qualifications: • Current and active license to practice in the state of New Mexico • Experience in hand therapy (CHT certification is preferred but not required) • This role requires excellent analytical abilities, effective communication, and sharp observational skills • Passion for patient care and a commitment to improving quality of life Compensation: $85,000
