You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Flanders-Mount Olive spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Responsibilities include:
Meeting membership sales goals
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
Serve as Client Experience Concierge providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
Capable of working flexible hours
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
Uphold store cleanliness standards
Positive, energetic attitude
Ability to build relationships
Answer phones, schedule appointments and file documents
Conduct Date Entry
Perform various other duties as assigned

Sales Associate Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Must be 18 years old or older.
Ability to learn quickly, self starter.
Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Software (will train).
Excellent personal appearance, good and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be of good moral character.
Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.

Schedule: Available Shifts Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-3:30 PM;11:30 PM-05:30 PM ; 3:30 PM-10:30 PM+; Saturday 8:00 AM-3:30 PM;11:30 AM-4:30 PM; 3:30 PM-9:30 PM+; Sunday 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM-6:30 PM+ Hourly Wage PLUS SALES COMMISSION!!!!This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
