Responsibilities:
Provide excellent, warm customer service, building lasting relationships with members and guests
Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments, and communicate with clients through text and calls
Effectively sell products, services, upgrades, memberships, and gift cards
Guide guests towards beauty and radiant health by promoting regular appointments and recommending service enhancements
Assist in maintaining a beautiful, organized, professional, and clean spa environment
Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the spa each day
Provide support to the Spa Leader with tasks such as filing, organizing, creating contests, holiday decorating, and editing documents
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual
Organized with weekend and evening availability
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older with a polished, neat appearance
Kind, patient, positive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Sales experience is a strong plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
