Are you a get-results, talented, beloved therapist? We offer hourly rate increases based on rebooking percentages!

Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 scheduled hours per week required to qualify for advancement to Lead position)

Job Responsibilities:

Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.

Create an excellent experience for guests/members with skilled treatment sessions and friendly, helpful attitude.

Encourage rebookings, promote member referrals and memberships.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations

Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients, spa management and staff

Carry liability insurance

Proficiency in Swedish massage

Knowledge of other modalities preferred, but not required. (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
